About Erin Niel

Erin Niel is a top real estate professional and lifestyle advisor based in Orange Beach, Alabama. She began her real estate career in 2015 and is licensed in both Alabama and Florida. Erin and her husband, Lance Niel, founded The Niel Group in 2017, a successful real estate team at RE/MAX of Orange Beach.

Erin is known as being a friendly client advocate, fierce negotiator, and a visionary marketing expert. She uses her extensive knowledge of the local market, her experience as a mother of two, and time spent living on the coast to help curate the perfect lifestyle for her clients through smart property investments. Erin has an immense portfolio of investor clients who have built wealth over the years by investing in real estate in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, Perdido Key, and Pensacola Beach. She prides herself on being authentic, honest, and transparent with her clients.

Erin is a native of Pensacola, Florida and feels fortunate to have spent her childhood boating, fishing, and exploring the pristine beaches of the Gulf Coast. Erin started her college education at Pensacola State College where she was awarded a full athletic scholarship to play softball. She continued her education at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Marketing. Upon graduating from UCF, Erin worked in the hospitality industry at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando, Florida. In 2007, she relocated to Mandeville, Louisiana and began a career in insurance sales.

Erin became a full-time Orange Beach, Alabama resident in 2009. She resides on Ono Island and truly loves the Gulf Coast lifestyle that she markets to her clients.
